ARA is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Signature Management Group from Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC), an affiliate of Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), on May 6.
The Signature Management Group has been developing, testing, and implementing signature management solutions and technologies for numerous federal agencies for more than a dozen years as a CTC/EVC satellite office in Huntsville, Alabama. The group consists of a team of engineers, scientists, technicians, and operators integrating methods for managing system signatures.
“THE SIGNATURE MANAGEMENT GROUP’S EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE IS A VALUABLE ADDITION TO ARA’S TECHNOLOGY OFFERING AND A VITAL PART OF HOW ARA IS EVOLVING TO MEET FUTURE CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS. IT COMPLEMENTS OUR EXISTING TECHNOLOGY CAPABILITIES, PROVIDING A DISCRIMINATING SYSTEM APPROACH FOR OUR CUSTOMERS’ MOST PRESSING OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.” – ED MOAS, ARA SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
The group’s previous work yielded innovative coatings currently being implemented across DoD surface-based systems. The acquisition includes current contracts, a specially configured development and testing facility in Huntsville, and a highly skilled staff.
“The addition of the Signature Management Group brings new people, expertise, projects, and customers, not just in Huntsville, but across the country,” added Tom Monaco, ARA vice president who oversees the ARA division the Signature Management Group has joined. “We are excited to have them on board.”
