ARA engineers and scientists are well-versed in offering novel solutions and tangible prototypes that can be quickly deployed. Many of our products are highly reliable at a low cost to the customer by use of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items that we engineer to be compatible with our applications. Our manufacturing capabilities include 3D printed rapid prototyping, machining and welding fabrication, printed circuit board (PCB) design and population, as well as a skilled level of detail in enclosure construction and assembly.

ARA also offers broad expertise in RF hardware design and fabrication and software programming. With practical experience in all stages of hardware design and fabrication, ARA can provide solutions for analog RF circuitry, digital design, printed circuit board (PCB) implementation, and final assembly and testing.

Additionally, ARA builds microwave hardware, including design and assembly of RF heads, IF boards, FPGA-driven digital control boards and more. ARA uses state-of-the-art analog and digital components and associated design software in all of its custom hardware projects, and can manage all aspects of those projects, from block diagram to PCB layout to final board population and assembly.
